Director John Woo’s classic 1993 actioner Hard Target stars the incomparable Jean-Claude Van Damme, Lance Henriksen and Yancy Butler. This is John Woo’s directorial debut in the west and was Hollywood’s first major picture made by a Chinese director. The line “Hunting season is over” is uttered by Van Damme’s character as he confronts Emil Fouchon (Henriksen) in the climactic showdown.
